I’ve been very fortunate to be a part of many success stories related to individuals working hard to overcome their obstacles and learn how to live their best life. I’m committed to helping you improve your quality of life and teach you how to accomplish this using evidence-based physical therapy techniques and exercise to attack your condition.
I’ve seen the difference exercise, a healthy life-style, the right mindset, and being supplied with the proper knowledge, can make for a person with an acute or chronic condition or in the aging process. I am passionate about helping seniors thrive and feel alive.
