Your diagnosis does not define you!

You do not have to accept feeling confined in your own body. Only you have the power to take your life back, and I am here to equip you with the tools to get you there.

There are options beyond taking your medication and just accepting it.

I am passionate about providing those with acute or chronic conditions, the drive they’ll need, to restore their confidence and independence. Allowing you to LIVE within your condition, and feel alive again.

I’ve been very fortunate to be a part of many success stories related to individuals working hard to overcome their obstacles and learn how to live their best life. I’m committed to helping you improve your quality of life and teach you how to accomplish this using evidence-based physical therapy techniques and exercise to attack your condition.

I’ve seen the difference exercise, a healthy life-style, the right mindset, and being supplied with the proper knowledge, can make for a person with an acute or chronic condition or in the aging process. I am passionate about helping seniors thrive and feel alive.
